If your name is "Bigger Burger", you had better live up to it and Teddy's does not. Do not get me wrong, it was a decent size burger, bigger than a quarter pounder maybe, but we paid over $34 for two burger combo meals at $17+ a pop.

First of all, nobody behind the counter looked old enough to buy a pack of cigarettes. Second, I hate it when you are looking at the menu, trying to decipher it all and the kids behind the counter keep saying "can I take your order" ... "can I take your order"? I am obviously looking at the menu and when I am ready, I will come over and order, so please leave me the f**k alone until I do! Thank you very much.

I ordered the 1/2 pound "Bacado" combo ($13.49 for the combo + $4.49 for the bacado - bacon, cheddar and avocado) and my wife the 1/3 pound "Kialua" ($11.49 for the combo + $3.69 for the terriyaki, Swiss cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms). Fifteen to twenty minutes later, our orders came out, but they had switched the patties so my wife got the 1/2 pound and I got the 1/3 pound. I also got what could best be described as a smattering of fries, while my wife's combo had twice as many. One of the boys walked by with an order, so I stopped him on the way back and told him about the discrepancy, but all he had to say was "is that a problem?"

Again, the burgers were pretty good and we were more or less satiated when we left, so mission accomplished. However, when you have a bunch of teenagers running a place, you are going to have problems and consistency seems to be a problem here. If you cannot ensure that orders are cooked and delivered to specifications with a uniform presentation, you are doing your customers a disservice. 

I have had countless burgers around the world that were better, cheaper, and BIGGER than these, so as you can probably tell, I was not overly impressed. If they changed the name to "Teddy's Average Burgers", maybe people would not be quite so disappointed.
